Job Description: This is for the Mercer MRA group (very similar to Open Enrollment, but considered non-OE). Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent. Experience in an office environment, prior call center experience preferred.

Training & work will be remote. Candidates need to have a quiet/professional space to take calls and work with minimal distractions. While this is work from home, breaks are scheduled and the candidates will be expected to be present and online when working for the full shift outside of scheduled break times.

This is a call center role.
• Training - 8/4 thru 8/15 (need 100% attendance)
• Nesting - 8/18 thru 8/29 (mix of on the phone and training)
• Production (full time on phones) - this will start 9/2, since we are OFF for a holiday on 9/1.
• Schedule - 8 am to 4:30 pm CST (for training, nesting and production)
