TechTrend Solutions is a nationwide Managed Service Provider (MSP) empowering businesses with IT and digital solutions. We provide Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity & CMMC Compliance, Microsoft 365, AI Solutions, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Penetration Testing, and Ransomware Protection. We deliver services nationwide (remote) with onsite support only in Washington State.

We’re seeking a motivated IT Solutions Sales Representative to generate new business and close deals with small to medium-sized companies (10–100 employees). This is a 100% commission-only role (1099) with uncapped earning potential — perfect for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-growing market.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect businesses via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online outreach.
  • Build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
  • Assess client needs and sell tailored solutions (IT, AI, cybersecurity, software, digital marketing).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets and track pipeline in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).
  • Proven ability to close commission-based sales.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts (cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI, software dev) or willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Must be equipped for remote work (laptop, phone, internet).
